This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mediaflyer Technology Limited ("Company") governing your use of the application ("App") developed by Mediaflyer Technology Limited. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Mediaflyer Technology Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any compatible devices that you own or control.
You acknowledge that Mediaflyer Technology Limited, and its licensors, own all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the App other than as expressly stated herein.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App or any portion of it to any third party without the explicit written permission of Mediaflyer Technology Limited.
The App may allow you to submit or upload content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the User Content that you submit. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Mediaflyer Technology Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.
Mediaflyer Technology Limited may collect and use certain information about your use of the App as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Mediaflyer Technology Limited if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mediaflyer Technology Limited disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mediaflyer Technology Limited does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mediaflyer Technology Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mediaflyer Technology Limited regarding the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
